RETURNS: 

We are currently offering exchanges only, please note that returns are not applicable**. For Exchanges, please follow instructions below. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

At Krvvy, your satisfaction is our priority. As of now, for hygiene reasons, underwear and shapewear are not eligible for direct exchanges and all purchases of bottowear are final. In case of Bralettes, if you're not completely satisfied with the size, we accept exchanges within 7 working days of receiving your order.
